Technology in class!

Technology enhances any class, physical education is no exception.  A projector connected to the internet, i-movies, youtube, wix sites, DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) X-box Kinect, and even personally made videos are all types of technology I have used to improve student learning.

Using heart rate monitors to learn and test beats-per-minute, GPS’s for geo-tracking and even blood pressure cuffs to learn what happens when you exercise or are stressed out. Technology is the way of the future, it’s a great teaching tool that students at all levels love and I plan to embrace it.
