Studying Abroad was the single most enlightening experience of my college career. New Zealand is full of adventure with learning opportunities around every mountain. While maintaining a high GPA in difficult kinesiology classes using the metric system, I managed to absorb myself in as many cultural capacities as possible.  Learning new sports such as rugby, field hockey and cricket was a treat along with whitewater kayaking and rock climbing with the Outdoor Adventure Club.

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” - Nelson Mandela

My educational goal of acquiring a master’s degree in educational leadership is complete! This master’s degree has enhanced my knowledge and pedagogy as a school leader and will help provide a better educational experience for all my students. The educational leadership program at the University of New England is highly regarded and I am eager to use my increased understanding of education in a leadership role. I proudly earned a GPA of 4.0.
